Alexander Domina was a 19-year old teenager who was shot three times by a Loveland police officer. He was developmentally delayed and suffering from a mental health crisis. Police responded to a disturbance in the area and found Domina holding a knife in his hand while inside his backyard. When the officer confronted Domina, he was shot three time in the abdomen.
