Alexander Domina was a 19-year old teenager who was shot three times by a Loveland police officer. He was developmentally delayed and suffering from a mental health crisis. Police responded to a disturbance in the area and found Domina holding a knife in his hand while inside his backyard. When the officer confronted Domina, he was shot three time in the abdomen. The body camera footage from the shooting was released on Aug. 25
