Jacqueline Hennick (Clarksville, AR: 2011) is a 95-pound woman with disabilities. The police arrived to her neighborhood in response to her call that the neighbors were disturbing the police. The police asked Hennick to move her car. When she began walking to her car, the police officer picked her up and slammed her head repeatedly into the ground.
