Mah-hi-vist Touching Cloud Goodblanket (Clinton, OK: 2012) was an 18-year-old Cheyenne & Arapahoe man with a psychiatric disability. Goodblanket became agitated while at home and began tearing up his room. His family called the police because they were afraid Goodblanket might hurt himself. Thinking he had a knife, the family asked the police to tase Goodblanket. Instead, he was shot seven times by the police and killed.
