(Memphis, TN) Drew Thomas is homeless and struggles with mental health. Drew has been arrested on several occasions due to minor crimes such as trespassing. One night, Drew allegedly ransacked shelves at a local gas station. When police arrived, he was compliant with the arrest. After being handcuffed, Drew was assaulted by the officers. “I will spray the [expletive] out of you!
