Jeremy McDole was physically impaired and required a wheelchair. After being confronted by four police officers, he was told to “put his hands up”. Within 2 seconds of this order, he was shot by a police officer using a shotgun. Police claimed that McDole shot first which was confirmed by a ballistics’ team. However, an reexamination of the case found that the chief ballistic analyst was charged with falsifying records in previous cases.
