NOTHING, or no department, is off-limits when you’re the subject of government retaliation here within the federal
Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) under past administrations, I’ve witnessed. The hands of unprofessional officials are
long, very long. Within the penal system, reprisal can come through both the medical and dental departments,
especially. Further, one can find her/himself in dire straits should a medical emergency arise. Case in point: I
found myself being tag-teamed by the medical department (which includes dental) and custody here within the
FBOP.
For those who don’t know, as a federal prisoner the DIRECT chain-of-command of my custodians are:
1. The President of the United States
2. The Attorney General of the United States
3. The Director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons
4. The Regional Director
5. and then the Warden
Now before I continue, I MUST give my many thanks herein to the medical staff both within and outside of the
FBOP, who wouldn’t participate in the political campaign against my well-being. However, as to the other “teamplayers,”
who violated their oaths, I pray this exposition discourages you from continuing the practice of wanton
abuse and intentional neglect against human beings here in custody; whether they be targeted or not.
There indeed is a customary practice of arranged physical altercations between custody targets and other
inmates. Should the target sustain injuries, he can find himself in a SHU (Special Housing Unit) cell with no
medical attention provided. The same thing can occur if an inmate is seriously beaten by guards; no medical
attention would be provided, for this would create an unwanted medical record of sustained injuries. There are even instances where
medical staff treated some of these arranged injuries but fell short in their reports to not to incriminate certain
transgressors.
In 2016 at USP Coleman in Florida, during the Obama/Biden/Lynch administration, where Loretta Lynch was the
“first black woman” US Attorney General, and Charles L. Samuels, Jr. was the “first black” Director of the FBOP,
federal employees under their command arranged an altercation between myself and a 6’3, 230lbs inmate who
was known for soliciting unwanted invitations to his life-style. I successfully defended myself after fighting out of
an arm-bar. The staff members who arranged the altercation had me served with an incident report for “assault”
after I was placed in the SHU. While there, I continued to be denied medical attention for the completely severed
left bi-cep I sustained fighting out of the arm-bar. My arm was swollen, and filled with blood. Nevertheless,
custody and medical personnel denied me medical attention for months while continuing to plot against my wellbeing
with further attempts to arrange and instigate more physical altercations (See Fitch v. USA, et al, 1:20-
cv-246-MJT-ZJH, E.D. Texas, Do. #10).
Other incidents involved two different black Dentists who cleverly assaulted me during my visits to dental, on two
different occasions, after I sought help for toothaches. They both subjected me to a wanton infliction of pain &
harassment while I was in the dental chair, and prior to. There’s obviously some type of staff meetings, or what
have they, as to targeted incarcerated people because FBOP employees I’ve never even met before are going
out of their way to exhibit to me their hostility, or they’ll engage in psychological harassment: one’s mental health
is also fair game.
Having thus far survived incidents of medical neglect and deliberate indifference, I give all thanks and praise to
the ONE GOD When I recommend prayer and that incarcerated people be diligent in their efforts to obtain
medical/dental attention. Utilize all grievances (for a judge cannot help you if you don’t exhaust the “AVAILABLE”
administrative remedy, see Ross v. Blake, 578 US 632 (2016)), document names, incidents, dates, and notify
anyone on the OUTSIDE of the prison system who could possibly aide you. Even though filing grievances angers
custodians, you’re left with no choice: You’re damned if you do, and damned if you don’t. However, you have a
better chance of survival if you write (=fight), or verbally complain to whomever you believe may be able to help
you.
The focus herein was on medical neglect and deliberate indifference leveled at targeted incarcerated people.
There is indeed an issue as to these problems in general, however. For the most part, facilities are understaffed.
Finally, to all whom may take offense to the specific identifications as to some of the violators herein (‘blacks”), I
give no passes, and I have no cut-cards, I’ll expose ANYONE in violation.
